1. To use the voucher, a reservation of stay is required ONLY by e-mail rezerwacja@termykarkonosze.pl
2. The voucher must be used in a single transaction, within one year from the date of issue.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and there is no possibility of refund of the paid amount.
4. The voucher cannot be used for non-hotel services nor to cover the health resort fee.
